Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Human Resources ( HR ) Coordinator. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the successful HR operations of their facility, independently working to implement and oversee compliance with all HR policies and processes. Uses independent judgment to appropriately consult with and seek support in all facility HR transactions and issues from the facility's Administrator and other HR resources. Guides and consults with directors and managers in all HR operational issues for their departments/areas of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
* Posting new job openings
* Screening process of job applicants
* Organization and tracking of applicant data
* Coordination of interviews with hiring managers
* Facilitating new hire onboarding (both remote and on site
* Processing of HR compliance documents i.e. (E-Verify, I9 Section 2, Employment posted notices)
* Maintaining and updating data in the HRIS
* Administration of PTO policy practices
* Entering data into portal for benefits administration
* Guiding employees through various human resources processes
* Handling clerical / administrative tasks as directed
